Integration of Geo-Wiki and LACOVAL
The LACO-Wiki system was developed in the project, which encapsulates a validation workflow as four stages:
1. A user uploads a map to be validated using visual interpretation of satellite imagery or orthophotos, e.g., a land cover map. 2. They generate a statistical robust validation sample. 3. They set up a validation session and undertake the validation. 4. They generate an accuracy assessment report.
