GEONAV is a THALES innovative IoT solution, allowing real-time Indoor/Outdoor precise (<1m) tracking at PNT and User Ground Segments level and available worldwide. GEONAV positioning algorithms take advantage of two existing positioning technologies that have already proven themselves: E-GNSS (European Global Navigation Satellite System) and Ultra-Wide Band (UWB).

System Suitability Study for Train Positioning Using GNSS in ERTMS in 2020
ERTMS is an EU initiative with the aim of improving safety and increasing interoperability of rail transport through a Europe-wide standard for train control and command systems, replacing existing national systems. ERTMS consists of two parts: the European Train Control System (ETCS), an automatic train protection system providing in-car train control; and GSM-R, a radio system based on GSM for voice and data communications between the train and trackside.

AGORA is a project aiming to leverage GNSS positioning in order to improve security and help organizing large public events. It is developed by Romanian InSpace Engineering (RISE) as part of the ESA NAVISP Element 2 Programme.
Improved asset tracking and device management
The MISSATO project will develop 5 distinct GNSS antennas operating on L1/L2/L5 bands on the GPS and Galileo GNSS networks. The products will able to receive L1/L2/L5 GPS/Galileo frequency bands required for vehicular/asset tracking and device management. The antennas are being specifically designed for applications requiring cm-level positioning unavailable with older GNSS antennas.
