The project's objective is to develop, demonstrate and validate an innovative law enforcement service for preventing and detecting crime and/or dangerous situations for the citizens. The surveillance service is based on fleets of drones, which are set up to carry out on-demand real time missions, night and day, over critical areas of the urban environment. Each drone is equipped with 5G and/or satellite connectivity and optic/thermal imaging cameras to detect events of interest such as people gathering.
