The Cerulean Information Factory (CIF) is part of the GTIF Kick-Starter initiative and focuses on developing innovative Earth Observation-based services for Arctic and North Atlantic coastal waters—specifically around Canada, Greenland, and Northern Europe.

The project delivers three core capabilities:

  1. Support for offshore renewable energy,

  2. Monitoring and planning for aquaculture,

  3. Optimized, low-carbon Arctic ship routing based on sea ice conditions.
