Satellite Navigation E@syCare

SatNav EasyCare is a telemonitoring system that enables medical staff to monitor at distance chronic and frail patients, according to personalized healthcare plans. The platform consists of SatNav E@syCare Home kit, Professional kit, and the Cloud. The home monitoring kit is for patients' self-measurement and automatic transmission of vital parameters and lifestyle information. The professional kit supports the healthcare operator during home visits to the patients, or allows to manage multiple patients within the same healthcare facility. Each monitoring kit includes a set of wireless sensors (e.g. pulsoximeter, digital scale, thermometer etc.) and a mobile device, equipped with dedicated software Apps in charge of managing acquisition and transmission of data. The home kit includes also a smartwatch to track position and outdoor activities.
