Satcom Platform as-a-Service

The PaaS project aims to customise the entire (i.e. with all current services) cloud-based SatADSL platform in order to be able to offer it as-a-service to satellite and teleport operators. This will allow SatADSL to support two new business models and achieve economies of scale by fostering partnership with teleports and address new markets. These activities aim at lowering barrier-to-entry into new vertical and new regional markets (Latin-America, Asia). Additionally the project will study possible avenues for SatADSL to remain relevant and competitive once Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellations will become available.
