Monitoring Alpine Transportation Infrastructures using Space Techniques

The MATIST services provide ground motion information to operators of alpine transportation infrastructures such as railway companies, institutes representing the national roads and companies from the energy sector. The objective of the MATIST feasibility study was to evaluate the technical feasibility, economic viability as well as the sustainability of services to the Alpine transportation infrastructure operators that are based on the integration of the space techniques radar interferometry and satellite navigation.
