Information Management and Decision Support System to support CBRN

With the evolving threat of terrorism and the consequences of industrial accidents producing life endangering toxic materials, there is an increasing need for improved local control of CBRN incidents. From a first responder and local government perspective, having immediate access to trusted and affordable CBRN information would significantly improve their situational awareness and enable more effective response strategies to be developed. EuroSim CBRN aims to provide an Information Management and Decision Support System to support CBRN Incident Response and Management. The service includes shared situational awareness and space-based data services, delivered within a flexible web-services based architecture that can be customised to meet individual customer needs.
