Autonomous drone services in the CBRNe operations

The AUDROS project aims to validate the effectiveness of the use of RPAS technologies supported by space technologies for reactions on rising danger of CBRNe issues. Main users are defence and civil protection forces; established companies in the defence industry; private companies within the security, transportation, mining, energy production, health sectors; and institutions influencing the legislative framework. The service uses Earth observation satellites to provide meteorological information and forecast to analyse possible situation development. It also uses navigation satellites to improve autonomous drone services and rescue team management in the field. Finally, it uses communication satellites to secure data transfer to remote dispatch/command.
