Integrated Precision Apiculture System and Service Demonstration

miBeez is an integrated precision apiculture system and service, which combines devices, sensors network installed in the beehives and an online platform and mobile app that facilitates import, integration, management and processing of all the provided information. The service is a hybrid system that exploits data from the sensors, data provided from users, weather current/forecast data, map/satellite data and scientific literature data, and through the use of the platform supports the beekeeper in the beekeeping activities management, remote monitoring of beehives and to make effective and efficient decisions. Target customers are professional beekepers, experienced amateur beekepers, beekeeper associations to support and increase the efficiency of their members, migratory beekeepers who travel far distances with the hives, etc. These groups of customers will demonstrate miBeez functionalities during demonstrations carried out in Greece. At a later stage, the service and solution will be exported to other countries.
