Developing highly integrated systems in a concurrent environment of numerous inputs and disciplines leading to a faster and more innovative development process
The objective of the study is to formalise a concurrent design approach for the conceptual design of parts taking into consideration all manufacturing technologies and all possible materials, along with the requirements and interfaces of the parts with the system. This study therefore analyses new methodologies on how to develop highly integrated systems in a concurrent environment taking into account the numerous inputs and disciplines potentially leading to a faster and more innovative approach during the development process.
