The editor role can perform the following operations:
- For creation, editing and import of activities, see the contributor help page /contributor-information
- Create news:
Follow the same process as for activities but selecting news.
The image for news are displayed in the home page and optionally in the top slider. The dimension of the image must be larger than 1440x490 pixels.
- Edit news:
The edit link appears when placing the mouse pointer over the news images.
- Select the news or activities displayed in the carousel slider:
Select one new or activity.
Click on edit.
Fill the information about the position in the carousel slider and when the new or the activity will be promoted.
- Configure terms in the activity vocabularies:
Go to the top menu and select the "Manage Terms" link.
For the affected vocabulary, click on "list terms"
Add terms with the button or edit them.
- Import activities from Excel:
Download the template Excel from the following link: /admin/config/system/SDG_configuration
Fill the information about the activities to be imported
Access the import function in /admin/config/system/SDG_configuration
Select the file to be imported and initiate the import.

The entries are imported as not published, so notify the editor responsible for the application to ask for the review and publication.
