Space technologies to help tackle COVID-19

Corona-RS is a patient monitoring system Corona-RS that will be used to by doctors to keep a close eye on patients in the community suffering with the effects of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses. The system includes a wearable respiratory rate monitor called RespiraSense, a device which measures the mechanical movement of the chest to report the breathing rate, allowing for utilisation at home. The product includes a GNSS and mobile chip into the device which enables track and trace of the patients and data exchange with the professional healthcare system.
